If you are updating an existing license shutdown PageR and install over the existing copy. Your settings will be preserved so you can continue monitoring exactly as before.

PageR Enterprise INSTALLATION HINTS

1. If possible install at the system console NOT over remote access

2. Ensure that PageR is fully shut down and NOT running as a SERVICE

3. Click Settings/Export in PageR to backup current settings

4. Any problems with update email the file INSTALL.LOG from the install folder which should be Program Files/PageR Enterprise

5. Any problems with PageR run it 'With Trace' (from START menu) and email the TRACE FILE (PageR.tra) to CPL Systems.
